Mr Jeffrey Ochoa Tarayao is currently the Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer of the Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) and the President of the One MERALCO Foundation.
He has almost ten years of experience in managing sustainability, corporate social responsibility, community relations and communications. He developed models on integrated CSR, strategic community relations, corporate-community partnerships and sustainability programs.
Professor Renato Cruz de Castro PH D is a senior professor in the International Studies Department of the De La Salle University, Taft Avenue, Manila. He is a holder of the Charles Lui Chi Keung Professional Chair in China Studies and a U S State Department ASEAN Research Fellow. In 2009, he was with the Political Science Department of the Arizona State University. He earned his doctorate degree from the Government and International Studies Department of the University of South Carolina as a Fulbright Scholar in 2011. He obtained his Bachelor in Arts degree and two (2) Masters degrees from the University of the Philippines .
Miss Jennifer Kleskie currently works as a process-oriented therapist and conflict facilitator in Portland, Oregon, U S A. As a mixed-race Filipina, she has been encouraged to visit or return to the Philippines to connect with and feel the pulse of the Filipino people and discover more about her cultural heritage.
She is committed to her personal growth and is passionate in impacting the quality of life to those around her. Her interest in keenly mastering her facilitation skills have led her to be on facilitation teams in Sydney, Australia; London, England, Israel, Palestine and in various locations within the United States.
Dr. Raymundo D Rovillos is currently the Dean, College of Social Sciences and a Professor of History and Philosophy at the University of the Philippines-Baguio. He is an expert in Philippine History, Cordillera History; Society and Culture; Ethnicity/Indigenous Peoples’ Studies; Gender Studies; and Social Development.
As a Dean of the College of Social Sciences, Dr. Rovillos lead the formative review of the Master of Arts in Social and Development Studies Program; steered and contributed to the institution of the Bachelor Science in Management Economics and proposed to revise the Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences respectively; and initiated the establishment of the UP Baguio Cordillera and Northern Luzon. Historical archives in 2008 and continues to mobilize resources for its development.
BGEN FERMIN R DE LEON JR AFP (RET) finished his primary education from St Theresa's College in Baguio City and his elementary and secondary, from San Beda College in Manila. He studied here and abroad, where he earned his Bachelor of Science from the Philippine Military Academy in 1977; Master of Arts in Philosophy from St Louis Univeristy, Baguio City; and Master in National Security Admnistration from the National Defense College of the Philippines, including defense-related courses in Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom.
