Dr. Raymundo D Rovillos is currently the Dean, College of Social Sciences and a Professor of History and Philosophy at the University of the Philippines-Baguio. He is an expert in Philippine History, Cordillera History; Society and Culture; Ethnicity/Indigenous Peoples’ Studies; Gender Studies; and Social Development.
As a Dean of the College of Social Sciences, Dr. Rovillos lead the formative review of the Master of Arts in Social and Development Studies Program; steered and contributed to the institution of the Bachelor Science in Management Economics and proposed to revise the Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences respectively; and initiated the establishment of the UP Baguio Cordillera and Northern Luzon.
